"The previous procurement procedure of this procurement was suspended due to a change in Yle\u2019s financial circumstances which has led to an unexpected delay of this procurement. This procurement is a substantial part of the studio renewal project and, at this point, time is of the essence since for the whole project to succeed and to stay on schedule, it is of fundamental importance that all critical suppliers, the led walls supplier included, are involved in the collaborative planning stage. Due to the unexpected delay caused by the suspension of the previous procurement, compliance with the time limits in this procedure is not possible in practice and the accelerated procedure is required. in order to ensure the timely involvement of the led walls supplier in the planning stage of the whole project.",
