"The tenderer shall have a minimum of three years\u2019 experience in the sector providing VSAT internet in Central\/Sub-Saharan Africa. The tenderer shall provide three (3) clients as reference, contracted in the last three years. If available, please also provide reference letters.",

"5. Coverage",
"The tenderer must be able to provide VSAT service in all regions of Central African Republic where security conditions allow.",

"Availability of technical team based in Central African Republic for technical support when needed.",
